Motion authorizing Amendment No. 1 to a professional services contract with LJA
Engineering, Inc. of Corpus Christi to provide design, bid, and construction phase
services for the Blucher Park Wastewater Improvements project in the amount of
$1,471,190.25, fora total contract value up to $1,711,210.25, located in Council District
1, with FY 2026 funding available from Wastewater Capital Fund.

money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described above is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified above, from which it is
to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
