NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a construction contract with A. Ortiz Construction & Paving, Inc., of Corpus Christi for reconstruction of East Surfside Boulevard, from Breakwater Avenue to Elm Street, in the amount up to $2,170,052.56.
