A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as
a governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or
otherwise take any Council action on any items discussed.
A. Ceremonial Items
26-0123 a. Commendation honoring Mrs. Valerie Elizondo from Richard King
High School as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring January 27, 2026, as "The 40th Anniversary
of the Regional Transportation Authority."
c. Presentation of gifts from the Mayor of Yokosuka Japan in partnership
of Yokosuka Sister City.
d. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee, and Corporation Members.
