CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
This Addendum amends the ATM Lease at the Corpus Christi International Airport(Lease)
between the City of Corpus Christi (City) and NavyArmy Community Credit Union
regarding leasing space in the Corpus Christi International Airport Terminal for ATMs,
which was effective on March 1, 2026.
WHEREAS, NavyArmy Community Credit Union rebranded and has changed its name
to "Rally Credit Union."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1) The parties to the Lease are the City of Corpus Christi and Rally Credit Union
(Lessee).
2) References in the Lease to "Premise 2," including but not limited to the description
of the leased premises, exhibits, or definitions are deleted and removed from the
Lease.
3) Section 3.1 is amended to read as follows:
"Lessee agrees to pay the City a monthly minimum lease fee based on the number
of ATMs installed. The monthly minimum lease fee shall be $500 per ATM ("Lease
Fee"). In the event this Lease is renewed for an additional five-year term, the
monthly minimum lease fee shall be $575 per ATM."
4) Section 13.2 is amended to read as follows:
"Upon termination of this Lease for any reason, Lessee at its sole cost and
expense, shall remove from the Leased Premises and Terminal all equipment,
trade fixtures, and all other items installed or placed in the Terminal, and to restore
the Leased Premises (as defined and restricted by this Amendment) to its original
condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If Lessee fails to do so within 10 days
of the date of termination, the City may undertake such removal and any required
restoration of the Leased Premises at the sole cost and expense of Lessee, and
Lessee agrees to pay the City such costs and expenses promptly upon receipt of
a proper invoice."
5) All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Agreement between the
parties which are not inconsistent herewith shall continue in full force and effect.
