A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

26-0193 a. Commendation honoring Danny's Income Tax Service for over 30 years
of dedication and commitment to our community.
b. Proclamation declaring the month of February 2026, as " 100th
Anniversary Celebrating Black History Month."
c. Proclamation declaring the month of February 2026, as "American
Heart Month."
d. Proclamation declaring February 18-April 2, 2026, as "Time of
Reflection and Community Renewal."
e. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee, and Corporation Members.
