with Flint Hills Resources Corpus Christi, LLC, for the sale and delivery of up to 2
million gallons per day of reclaimed water from the Allison Wastewater Treatment
Plant, and providing for related fees, responsibilities, and terms, with option to
renew for additional 5-year term.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee Corpus Christi Water Chief Operating
Officer is authorized to execute a 5-year Reclaimed Water Supply Agreement and
associated License for use of premises with Flint Hills Resources Corpus Christi, LLC, for
the sale and delivery of up to 2 million gallons per day of reclaimed water from the Allison
Wastewater Treatment Plant and providing for related fees, responsibilities, and terms,
with option to renew for additional 5-year term. A copy of the executed Agreement will
be filed in the Office of the City Secretary.

to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
