BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a five year lease
agreement with Sinister, LLC for the use of city owned property located at 1401 Leopard
Street, with monthly rent of $300.
