Motion authorizing Change Order No. 2 with SR Trident, Inc., of Gregory, Texas for the
Peoples Boardwalk Project in an amount of $703,179.80 for a total contract amount not
to exceed $6,797,367.90 to address sinkhole conditions under Peoples Street,
separation of Harrison's Landing from the City's Boardwalk structure and underground
debris, located in Council District 1, with FY 2026 funding available from the Seawall
Capital Improvement Fund.

I, the Director of the Finance & Procurement Department of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her
duly authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the
money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described above is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified above, from which it is
to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
