Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 6,400 tubes of a testing reagent, (colilert),
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI~0090-93 with Environetics, Inc., Branford, CT based on sole
source for an estimated annual expenditure of $17,920. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 92-93 by the Health
and Water Departments.
