Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 1,360 tons of pebble calcium oxide in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0081-93 with APG Lime Corp., New Braunfels, Texas based
on low bid of $80,280.80. The term of the contract will be twelve months with option to extend for
up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or
his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 92-93 by the Water Department.
