Motion to amend ordinance authorizing a Joint Use Parking Agreement with All Saints' Episcopal
Church to change the term from "not to exceed sixty years" to "for twenty years with four ten-year
options to renew subject to the request by All Saints' Episcopal Church, at least sixty days prior to
the end of the current term, to renew and City's approval, pursuant to the same terms and conditions
as the original Joint Use Parking Agreement.
