Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee to execute an agreement with the Women's
Shelter of Corpus Christi Area, Inc. to provide $300,000 from the FY92 CDBG Program for the
Women's Shelter Complex project. The project includes the acquisition of property adjacent to the
existing shelter and the demolition of existing improvements on this location; demolition of existing
shelter facilities; and the construction of a new facility.
