Motion to grant a three (3) year time extension to Section 2.c. of Ordinance No. 20893, passed and
approved on March 20, 1990, which granted the Texas General Land Office a Special Permit for
mixed use development located along the J.F.K. Causeway and on the east side of the Intercoastal
Waterway.
