Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 300 gate valves ranging in size from Y'-12"
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0067-93 with Mueller Co., San Antonio, Texas based on total
low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $65,130.43. The term of the agreement shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval
of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted for FY 92-93 by
the Water Division.
