Motion authorizing Amendment No. 2 to the Contract for Engineering Services with Bass and Welsh
Engineering for the Northwest Area Water Distribution System in the amount of $37,800 for Design
and Construction Phase Services associated with the installation of a diesel powered generator for
emergency power to the pumps at the Cunningham Plant and a computer system to monitor and
control the programmable logic controllers which, in turn, control the pumps, valves, and generator.
