Motion approving the purchase of two crawler tractors and a supply agreement for five years full
maintenance from Waukesha Pearce Industries. The award is in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0107-93 and is based on low bid. The equipment is to be financed through the City's Lease Line
of Credit Contract. Funds are budgeted by Solid Waste Services Department for the first year's
payment for the replacement equipment as well as for maintenance supply agreements.
