Motion approving a supply agreement for custodial service for City Hall and five buildings at the
Service Center in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0116-93 with Lira Construction, Corpus
Christi, Texas based on low bid of $62,880. The ter~n of the contract will be twelve months with an
option to extend for a period of up to an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments subject
to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted for
FY 92-93.
