Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 19,365 reams of copy paper in accordance
with Joint Governmental Purchasing Group, Bid Invitation No. JGPG-93-01 with Gulf Coast Paper
Co., Corpus Christi, Tex~ based on low bid, for an estimated annual expenditure of $32,789.16. The
term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted for FY 92-93 by the using departments.
