Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 405 one-ton cylinders and 10 one hundred
fifty lb. cylinders of liquid chlorine in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0122o93 with DPC
Industries, Corpus Christi, Texas based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $132,632.
The term of the agreement shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted for FY 92-93 by the Wastewater Department.
M93-090
