Motion approving contract between City and Corpus Christi Bay Area Economic Development
Corporation whereby Corporation will obtain professional representation in Washington, D.C. for a
fee of $25,000 to preserve and expand area military facilities and for a fee of $30,000 to advance
financing of long-term water supply infrastructure, and Corporation will supervise and report on such
representation.
