Motion approving supply agreements for approximately 43,200 feet of PVC pipe (40 and 80) ranging
in size from 1/2" - 6", 18,730 PVC fittings, and 175 gallons of PVC solvent, cement, and primer in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0176-93 with the following companies for the following
amounts, based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $46,254.36. The term of the
agreements shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted for FY 92-93 by the Water, Water Production, Wastewater and Park and Recreation
Departments.
