Motion approving supply agreements for blue printing services in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0144-93 with the following companies, based on low bid, for multiple progressive awards for an
estimated annual expenditure of $34,893.50. The terms of the agreements shall be for twelve months,
with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the
suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the using departments
in FY 92-93.
