Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 25,000 tons of hot mix asphalt in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. BI-0188-93 with Bay, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas based on low bid for an
estimated annual total of $559,750.00. The term of the contract will be twelve months with option
to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. This material is used by the Street Department and funds have been
budgeted for FY 92-93.
