Motion to approve a deviation from the Platting Ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan for the
replat of Port Aransas Cliffs, Block 15, Lots 21A and 41A by deleting the 10 foot right-of-way
(R.O.W.) dedication on Ocean Drive for Lot 21A, and in lieu thereof, requiring a building line
setback of 10 feet from the existing Ocean Drive R.O.W., a 25 foot yard requirement measured from
the 10 foot building line, and a 3 foot sidewalk easement, all of which to be shown on the plat.
