Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with Information
Builder's Inc. to purchase a FOCUS mainframe software license and provide training for a total
amount of $126,911. The agreement also provides for ongoing enhancement and support of the
product by the vendor for an annual fee of $20,382 beginning in year two.
