Motion approving the purchase of 14,520 ft. of copper pipe, ranging in size from 3/4" - 2" in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0209-93 from Fergusson Enterprises, Corpus Christi, Texas
based on low bid for a total of $15,633.74. This pipe will be used by the Water Department. Funds
have been budgeted for FY 92-93.
