Motion approving the award of a supply agreement for landfill filter gravel in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0226-93 to Bay, Inc., in the total amount of $494,550.00, on the basis of low bid.
The term of the contract is for twelve (12) months with an option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
are budgeted by the Solid Waste Services Department in the current FY 92-93 budget and are
requested in the FY 93-94 budget.
