Motion approving a supply agreement for portable chemical toilet service consisting of approximately
twenty-eight (28) units in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0205-93 with BFI Services Group,
Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $14,985.20. The
term of the contract shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This service
will be used by the Gas, Park & Recreation, Solid Waste, Street, Wastewater and Water Departments.
Funds have been budgeted in FY 92-93 and requested for FY 93-94 by the using departments.
