Motion approving supply agreements for stationery supplies in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0121-93 with the following companies based on low bids, to provide for multiple progressive awards.
The terms of the agreements will be two years, subject to annual appropriation, with an option to
extend for up to an additional twelve months. The estimated two year contract total is $267,006.60.
