Water Emergency
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to initiate surcharges during a
Level 1 Water Emergency. The surcharges are established in City Code of Ordinances,
Chapter 55, Article XII Water Resource Management.
