Motion authorizing execution of a one-year supply agreement, with two one-year options,
with Core & Main, LP, of St. Louis, MO, with an office in Corpus Christi, in an amount up
to $1,065,496.00, with a potential up to $3,196,488.00 if options are exercised, to
provide water system pipe used to distribute water city-wide for Corpus Christi Water,
with FY 2026 funding of $266,374.00 from the Water Fund.

I, the Director of the Finance & Procurement Department of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her
duly authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the
money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described above is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified above, from which it is
to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
