Motion authorizing execution of a one-year supply agreement, with a one-year option, with
Labatt Food Services, LLC, Corpus Christi, Texas, through the Texas 20 Purchasing
Cooperative in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, with a potential up to
$1,000,000.00 if the option is exercised, for food and food -related supplies needed for
the Parks & Recreation Department's Elderly Nutrition Program, with FY 2026 funding of
$166,666.67 from the Parks & Recreation Grants Fund.

I, the Director of the Finance & Procurement Department of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her
duly authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the
money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described above is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified above, from which it is
to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
