BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a three-year farm lease
agreement with Ordner Farms and 4S Farms Partnership to lease approximately 28.73
acres of Parcel 3 located at Corpus Christi International Airport for grazing cattle, in
consideration of an annual lease payment of $1,102.66 with 1% annual increases.
