Co., Inc. of Corpus Christi for the reconstruction of Flour Bluff Drive,
from Yorktown Boulevard to Don Patricio Road, with new pavement,
sidewalks, curbs and gutters, ADA-compliant curb ramps, signage,
pavement markings, upgraded street illumination, and utility
improvements in an amount up to $23,277,314.87, located in Council
District 4 with FY 2026 funding available from the Street Bond 2022,
Storm Water, Water, Wastewater, and Gas Capital Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a construction contract with
Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for reconstruction of Flour Bluff Drive, from Yorktown Boulevard
to Don Patricio Road, in the amount up to $23,277,314.87.

I, the Director of the Finance & Procurement Department of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her
duly authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the
money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described above is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified above, from which it is
to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
