Motion directing the City Manager to comply with City Ordinance Chapter 12 % and order
the HR Department Director to comply with all document and material requests for the
City Auditor's HR compliance audit A24-SP2, as requested by Council Members Sylvia
Campos, Kaylynn Paxson, and Gil Hernandez. Any questions of confidentiality should
be referred to the city attorney. The city attorney shall provide response in writing to the
city auditor for audit records.
At a meeting of the City Council on 6/30/2026, this Motion was passed as amended.

Campos, Council Member Scott, Council Member Paxson, Council
Member Roy, and Council Member Cantu
