Motion awarding a construction contract to Reytec Construction Resources, Inc., of
Houston, Texas, in an amount up to $19,039,000.00 and authorizing Amendment No. 1 to
the professional services contract with Hazen and Sawyer, of Corpus Christi to provide
construction phase services in an amount of $223,071.18, for a total contract value not to
exceed $1,888,693.18, for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant (ONSWTP)
Flocculation Upgrades and Baffling Basin 1 & 2 project, located in Council District 1, with
FY 2026 funding available from the Water Capital Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 8/11/2026, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of the Finance & Procurement Department of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her
duly authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the
money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or
expenditure described above is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified above, from which it is
to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
