Motion authorizing Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Haas-Anderson Construction, Inc. for
improvements to Waldron Road from South Padre Island Drive to Purdue Road which would:
Decrease the total contract price by $166,975.75,
Decrease costs for sanitary sewer improvements by $311,396.70, and
Increase drainage costs by $144,420.85.
