Capital Budget in the amount of $530,388,875.00, beginning October
1, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 2026 — 2027 Capital Budget in the amount of
$530,388,875 is hereby adopted. A copy of the Fiscal Year 2026 — 2027 Capital Budget
and Capital Improvement Program Planning Guide will be filed in the Office of the City
Secretary.
SECTION 2. Upon passage of this ordinance, certain sums of money from the sources
identified in the planning guide shall be and are appropriated to cover the sums for
expenditures as provided for each of the several funds in the Capital Budget.
