Committee, for the FY 2027 Surface Transportation Block Grant Set-
Aside/Transportation Alternatives Program for funding in the amount of
$1,147,200 for the District 5 Trail Connectivity and Safety Improvements
Project with a cash match of $286,800 from the GO Bond 2024 Prop A Street
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary for
submission of a grant application for a Surface Transportation Block Grant Set -Aside/ Transportation
Alternatives Program for the District 5 Trail Connectivity and Safety Improvements Project with the
Metropolitan Planning Organization Project with a cash match of $286,800 within the next 12
months.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all related documents necessary
to submit said Surface Transportation Block Grant Set-Aside/Transportation Alternatives Program
grant application, including minor amendments thereto.

to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
