Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into an agreement with the Conrad
Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science at Corpus Christi State University (now known as
Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi), in the amount of $109,105, subject to annual
appropriation, for the purpose of providing dissolved oxygen monitoring and data collection in Oso
Bay as required by the operating permit for the Oso Water Reclamation Plant.
