Motion approving a supply agreement for large lamps in accordance with Joint Governmental
Purchasing Group Bid Invitation No. JGPG-93-4 with the following companies for the following
amounts, based on Iow bid for a total estimated annual expenditure of $13,512.89. The terms of
the agreements shall be for twelve months, with option to extend for an additional twelve months,
subject to the approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted
for FY 93-94 by the using departments.
