contractor for advertising expenditures funded from the annual
management fee..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
City Manager or designee is authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Service
Agreement for Management of the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History
between the City of Corpus Christi and Friends of the Corpus Christi Museum of Science
and History, extending the agreement to October 31, 2026, providing for a 180-day
transition period between City and contractor when the agreement expires or is
terminated, and allowing for $50,000.00 reimbursement to contractor for advertising
expenditures funded from the annual management fee.

is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject
