Motion approving a supply agreement for protective body armor in accordance with Bid Invitation
No. BI-0270-93 with U.S. Armor, Corp., Santa Fe Springs, CA based on Iow bid for an estimated
annual expenditure of $12,695.24. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and
the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted for FY 93-94 by the Police
Department.
