Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 10,000 recycling bins, in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. B1-0012-94 with Piper Industries, Dallas, Texas based on the Iow bid of $32,000.
The term of the contract will be for twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. These
bins will be used by Solid Waste Services in the City-wide recycling program and funds have been
budgeted for FY 93-94.
