Motion approving the purchase of a parcel of land from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
including Lots 1, 2, 3 and portions of Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 78, Beach Addition, to the City of
Corpus Christi also known as 1709-1721 North Mesquite Street for $87,500 and authorizing the
City Manager or his designee to execute all documents related to the purchase.
