Motion approving the purchase of landfill equipment, including a five year full maintenance
agreement, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0018-94 from the following based on Iow bid.
Both items are included in the 93-94 Capital Outlay and funds are budgeted for the first year's
payments. Financing for the purchase price will be furnished by GE Capital in accordance with the
lease/purchase line of credit contract.
