Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 960 tons of crushed limestone in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0044-94 with South Texas Material Company, Corpus Christi,
Texas, based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $20,880. The term of the contract
shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This material will be used by the
Wastewater Department for the bedding of sewer lines. Funds have been budgeted in FY 93-94.
