Motion approving a supply agreement for meal delivery service consisting of approximately 94,000
meals for the elderly Nutrition Program, Adult Protective, and Title XX Meals on Wheels in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0043-94 with R&R Delivery Service, Corpus Christi, Texas
based on the only bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $110,787.60. The term of the
contract shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject
to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted
by the Senior Community Services of the Parks and Recreation Department.
