MOTIONS - 8/16/94
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit an application and
to execute all contract documents with the Texas Department of Human Services
(TDHS) for continuation of the Title XX Meals on VVheels program, for the contract
period of September 1, 1994 to August 31, 1995. The contract contains a budget
of $127,549 in Title XX funds, $20,840 in USDA funds and $6,571 in City cash
match, for a contract total of $154,960. Funds are provided in the FY 94-95
budget.
