Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit an application to
and execute all contract documents with the Coastal Bend Council of Governments
(CBCOG) for the period of October 1, 1994, to September 30, 1995, for the
continuation of the Elderly Nutrition Program as funded by the Older Americans
Act. The planned budget includes $504,742 in Older Americans Act Funds,
$124,322 in USDA funds, $364,556 in City funds and $36,464 in donations from
program participants, for a contract total of $1,030,084. All funds are included in
the City's FY 1994-95 budget.
